If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We welcome all new patients into our practice.
Financial
As a courtesy to you we will bill your insurance company. We do our best to work with your insurance company to estimate what your insurance company will cover. As part of our financial arrangement process, payment of your uninsured portion is due upon receipt of services. In the event that your insurance company denies payment of a service, you are responsible for that fee.

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and personal checks. We offer several convienent financing with companies such as Care Credit, Wells Fargo, and Dental Fee Plan by Capitol One.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
