Jan Tarver RDH, graduated from ETSU in 1984 with a A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene, and a B.S. degree in Health Education. She has worked mostly in general dentistry, but spent 5 years working in a pediatric dental office. She has lived in Fountain City since 1963, and graduated from Central High School. She is married to Scott and they have two wonderful sons. Ben attends at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Adam is junior at Carson Newman.. We are active in many of our church's activities at Fountain City Presbyterian Church." She enjoy's hiking, camping, and going on mission trips with her church to Belize and Mississippi.
Jamie Pozega RDH, is a proud North Knoxville native. Graduate of Central High School, University of Tennnessee, Knoxville and ETSU, with a degree in Dental Hygiene. With over 20 years experience in dental hygiene, she has for the past several years enjoyed the opportunity to care for the great people at Fountain City Dental Care. And yes she is married to the wonderful Dr. Stan Pozega. They share an awesome son, Mark, and 6 beautiful kitties, ( I'm sure Dr. Stan forgot to mention our kitties). She loves animals, enjoy's reading, shopping, travel and home time with her wonderful family.
Lisa Barger RDA, attended Tennessee Technology in Knoxville and received her RDA license in 1980. She has worked in general, pediatric, orthodontic and oral surgery practices, and been in practice management for 6 years. She and her husband Don live in Norris. She has a son Andrew who lives in Knoxville. She enjoys hiking, and backpacking, camping and any outdoor activities. She has been with Dr. Stan since 2006 and after 27 years in the dental field has found a home.
Julie Laforlette CDA, attended Tennessee Technology in Knoxville and recieved her CDA license in 1980. She has 27 years experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, her love for people and her passion to bring excellent dentistry to patients is very evident. She is married and has 4 children and lives in Powell. She and her family go to Black Oak Heights Baptist Church. Julie loves to sing in the choir, and is involved with her childrens activities in church, and sports activities. She has been with Dr. Pozega for 4 years now and both plan to retire at the same time.
